Ballantyne explained that \u201cpeople trust reviews written by other people much more than anything written on your website, which is why it\u2019s so important for business owners to focus on their online reviews.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Your brand\u2019s message? It\u2019s owned by your customers\u2014or in the case of ProspectaMarketing readers, your patients.<\/li>\n<li>Ballantyne points out that \u201creviews are the crossroads of social media and transactions.\u201d Reviews aren\u2019t going away\u2014and businesses can\u2019t afford to ignore them\u00a0because their customers are not.<\/li>\n<li>According to Ballantyne, getting great reviews is simple: \u201cFirst, you\u2019ve got to provide good customer service. You\u2019ve got to hire people who will love your customers. Second, you just have to ask.
